This morning was a Obsidian mini corona. This was so much better than the old Padilla made cigar with the same name. The burn and draw were near perfect, taste of Leather and sort of "earthy". Just enough spice to keep it interesting, and a nice aroma to boot. It was not a rainbow of flavors, but what it did offer was very enjoyable.
Thanks to CvilleE who sent this one to me, I probably would never have tried one without your endowment. I appreciate it.
Nice to see you made it to the morning session Kaspera. I like those little smokes every now and then. Did it put out some big smoke also? I find for that size that they put out a ton of smoke. It is a enjoyable smoke for sure.
LUCKY,
I ran in to a friend of mine at my AA meeting, he quit smoking cigars 18 months ago. He was asking me if I am smoking C'GARS, I said yes he brought me a sampler of two each of Montecristo Upmann and Romeo's for FREE, WOW I could not thank him enough. Only problem is I have to bring them back to smoking condition will take about six months, unless someone here knows of a faster way. Please let me know.
Thanks

The Obsidian did deliver a nice amount of smoke, but not as much as say an Undercrown. My neighbor did look over the fence to see if she should dial 9-1-1 though, so yeah it did.
Yes, tasty! This is what I smoked this morning too. Although mine was the new re-blended and re-rolled into a pigtail cap and shaggy foot. Not sure how they compare but I enjoyed the hell out of it.
Camacho Pre-embargo 1962. It is one of my all time favourtie though do not believe in Cuban fillers story. The mild distinctive cuban flavor comes from the original seed Corojo wrapper.
