Any time you have human intervention, there is roughly a 3.8% chance of error, assuming Kalman gain theory.
That number increases per amount of people involved.
Then there is the invalid registrations, not only for non-resident, but convicted felons, improperly signed ballots, etc.
A large percentage of those are missed and counted.
If you apply numbers and equations to it, the possibility that the outcomes are severely bias is high.

Maybe not outright rigged or outright fraudulent, but we're talking about multi billion dollar enterprises and the government multi-trillion. Too much money and power at stake for them to not attempt "sway" in some way. From their perspective, it's just protecting their interests. When you look at it that way, why wouldn't they attempt to give their best outcome a better probability...ethics aside
