Fvck that. I'm a 17 year air force vet. 4 tours, did not loot, did not riot, did not turn & burn a cop car, neither drug addled nor a convict. I did not illegally enter the United States capital. I was not shot through a closed door. I did not die.
Why? Because I'm not a lawbreaker. Because I did not illegally enter the US Capitol, either as part of a frenzy riotous insurrectionist crowd or on their heels.
Fvck this bítch. I'm ashamed that you wore my uniform. I'm ashamed that you called yourself a veteran. I'm ashamed that for 14 years you pretended to defend the Constitution of the United States and then on January 6th, you attempted to overthrow it. There's no excuse. You're not allowed to get caught up in the mob mentality. You're not allowed to enter that building and you god damn well know it. You paid for it with your life. The other pretend Patriots who were beating the very cops they proposed to love with the American flag should have paid too.
If she gets a veterans memorial service I'm going to puke. Her body should be burned and dumped over a floating barge in the middle of the ocean like they did with Osama bin laden.
Fvck her. Her vote did count and she wasn't happy with the outcome, just like a little league t-baller who gets thrown out at first and throws a hissy fit. Grow the fvck up.
I hope that one day I see some stupid wall with a mural of her ugly face on it so I can relieve myself.
And anyone who thinks this is the same as burning down a Starbucks in South Central just doesn't f****** get it.

I don't believe so many people rioted in so many cities for so many months because George Soros paid them to (all looting aside). Are we talking about the Kaaba here, Frank, or the capital? Is it a Holy Place, or is it the people's house? Which part is traitorous: entering the house or demanding fair elections?
Don't get me wrong... I don't maintain that Trump won. Not at all. Elections are often won by underhanded means. It's politics. Be realistic. I do say it does not pass the smell test. Not even a little bit.
How many football coaches instruct their teams: "If you ain't cheating, you ain't competing"? Al Davis used to say: "Just win, Baby!" Hence Casper's forward fumble. During sixteen years as a football official, I doubt I ever saw a single play where the offense didn't hold. You hook your thumbs beneath the defender's pads and pull him toward you so the ref can't see it. You only get called if you bear hug the guy. Nobody ever changed a final score and awarded a W to other team because your line was holding. That's football.
This is politics. It's a dirty business. It would be real nice if they ever ran a pair of candidates who didn't both stink to high heaven. They never do. I woulda been all over Tulsi if they let her on a ballot. Hillary cried Russia, and so Tulsi's not on it. Whatta we get? We got a spray-tanned grifter from reality TV versus a career grafter from MBNA.
Question is, when's enough enough?
I remember reading about a small town in the South back in the forties where a bunch of vets returned from fighting for freedom in WWII only to watch the powers that be steal the local election back home. Sherriff had the ballots locked in his jail. Would not let poll watchers see them. Certified the Dixiecrat. Everybody knew that no one in town had shown any enthusiasm for the old thief Democrat, while the Republican's rallies had been packed. Any of this sound familiar? That old election just did not pass the smell test. Vets met, exclaimed "This is not what we fought for!", broke into the armory, stole weapons, broke into the Sheriff's office, stole the ballots, broke into the courthouse, counted the ballots, and so, by the time the Governor could get the Guard to the town to quell this riot, the world already knew the real result.
Who was patriot that day? Who was traitor?
Is it too late to dig up George Washington and impeach him?

Entering the house, by force, against the posted law and contrary to the authorities on site that day. Pretty freaking simple. She's a traitor.
As for the rest, I'm not going to debate the ol' "good people on both sides" bull. There were 2 sides last Wednesday at the Capitol:. Police and traitors.

I agree, when the law is broken action should be taken against the law breaker. All law breakers, every single one, not certain groups or certain laws or certain locations, every **** one. Both stupid sides love this mayhem and want to instill fear in the masses, with fear comes more control and loss of rights. Once again the only losers will be the true masses the law abiding citizens.

I'd agree with both Frank & Patrick save for one small issue. Well, large issue...7 months of widespread, mostly violent rioting either vocally or tacitly endorsed by elected criminals everywhere. Did they break the law in DC? Yup. How 'bout all the others? Yup, again, yet only one group is being vilified. The hypocrisy is implied if not outright evident.
Is BLM/antifa holding George Floyd , et al, up as a martyr any different to the right holding this woman up as one? Not in the slightest. Huge difference in the martyr's demise causing riots as opposed to being the result of one though. Should she have been inside that building? I'd say no, nor should anyone else have been, given the rules of the day. However, should our elected government be meeting behind closed doors, ever? Most assuredly not. I'm a citizen and have the right to know what they're up to regardless of the emotional temperature of the issue, as did everyone in DC that day.
4 kids were killed in May, 1970 for voicing their dissatisfaction with the goverment. Remember them? The Capitol has been attacked before, by leftists that time, and they blew stuff up in there. Remember that? This isn't new. There's just way more access to it now.
I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...

This riot is not related to the riots held by BLM, other than the fact that they're both riots. If I wanted to use the method of argument that you're using, but make it extreme, I could say this:
There's all this outrage over the riots in the capitol, but no one is talking about the men fighting in bars. Why isn't there any media coverage of people fighting in bars? 5 times as many windows get broken by bar fights compared to the windows broken in the capitol. The financial damage of all the bar fights is 10 times as expensive to repair compared to the damage in the capitol, and way more than 5 people died. The riots shouldn't be criticized until the media starts criticizing bar fights more.
Now, obviously, the BLM riots are not the same as bar fights. They're also not the same as what happened in the capitol. There's no reason to bring the BLM riots into the discussion of what happened at the capitol. Should the BLM riots have less sympathy than they do? Of course. Should the politicians who supported those riots be voted out of office, and made to pay restitution to the businesses that were burnt down? Of course. If you want to write about that, I'd support it, but none of that makes the capitol riots righteous as a result.
If someone hits my car and drives off, I can't later go throw a brick through someone's window and tell the cops that it's fair because they didn't arrest the person who hit my car.
P.S. Not you personally Paul but just people in general. Stop consuming media that isn't factual. No one is strapping anyone to a chair and gluing their eyes open while making them watch cable "news". People seem to think that half the country is watching CNN every night. It averages something like 2.5 million viewers per day, out of 330 million citizens, and most of those 2.5 million are the same people every day. Most news today is consumed via memes on social media. This "the media" stuff is a mostly imaginary boogeyman, and complaining about it all the time always reminds me of people who say they need safe spaces because everyone is racist or bigoted.
I always try to avoid political discussions on here, since this is a cigar forum, but I just needed to get that off my chest. Sorry everyone. I'll get on the vherf tonight and smoke a cigar in the snow as restitution.
