Ahem, uh, not all sushi contains raw fish. For the benefit of those who are unaware of this, I suggest looking into it. Google it. Do a little research. There are probably a jillion varieties of sushi - most of which are quite safe.

I don't do raw fish. Ever. I've seen what fish go through in the commercial industry and most the time I know where my cooked fish is coming from.

If it isn't deep cold water ocean caught don't eat it. Too many new "smart" sushi bars could care less where the fish comes from. And suppliers have been fined so many times for lying about what they supply. Remember Lake Tahoe and the trout "sushi" that made so many people sick?0
