Okay, let's start there, you are wrong on LITERALLY every front. Slavery, Genocide, Racism, Scalping, not a single one can be traced back to "the white man" as the first to do it. But by all means, I'm sure your opinion is worth more than any fact that can actually be proven.

I'm an old white male who teaches college in an inner city area in a poor county. Most of my students are minority, single parents and the first person in their family to graduate high school and attend college.
I will do anything to help my students succeed. The more education they have, the more career choices they will have. Their skin color makes no difference to me, just their thirst for knowledge and their hope to give their kids a better life than they had.
By the way, as old as I am, I have never owned slaves, nor have any of my children. That was about 100 years before I was born!
